• When you chew Nicorette Gum it releases controlled amounts of nicotine into your body ( about a third of the nicotine in a cigarette). This helps you to deal with cravings and withdrawal symptoms. Nicorette Gum is not an ordinary gum, so you should not chew it constantly. To make sure you get the most from your Nicorette Gum, use the Nicorette chewing technique.

1. Chew gum slowly until taste becomes strong (approx 1 minute)

3. Chew gum again when taste has faded
