EtraEssence 16% Carbamide Peroxide Teeth Whitening Gel. 4 Extra Large 10ml syringes. Comes with a free tube of DawnMist Anti Cavity toothpaste and one 3ml syringe of remineralizing gel to help strengthen tooth enamel.

• Teeth Whitening Gel Ingredients: Propylene Glycol, Glycerin, 16% Carbamide Peroxide, Carbopol, Triethanolamine, flavoring
• Remineralizing Gel Ingredients: Calcium carbonate, sodium chloride, magnesium chloride, sodium phosphate tribasic, non-caloric sweetener, pH controlled with phosphoric acid, FD&C Blue #1

• Brush Teeth and rinse. Place gel into your tooth tray (upper and lower) and place on your teeth. Leave on for 15-45 Minutes. Remove the trays and rinse with warm water. Place a small amount of remineralizing gel in your trays and leave on for 10-30 minutes, then rinse. Repeat 1 to 2 times daily for 5 days. Skipping days is okay.  Use the gels for touch-ups when ever you want.  Can be added to toothpaste to SuperCharge the whitening power when you brush
  Store in cool dry place. Gels last for up to 2 years.
